Norman

This photo was frustrating. I had to sacrifice the background to make my puppy look like more than a black glob. Once again, I had a light source right at the edge of the photo that is distracting from what I was actually trying to capture. I really need to work on that.
My curve for this photo is rather steep, because of how dark Norman is compared to the brightness of the background. I also had to be careful with my levels. When I added too much black it got way too dark and globbish.
In the "before" photo, I actually like the quality of the background but you can hardly tell that Norman is a dog. In the "after" picture, I don't exactly love the background but Norman looks lovely. :)
